By Diane Britton SPECIAL TO THE STAR Behind every overhead door and
operator that Dor-co carries is a customer focused company ready to provide
top quality sales and service for a better price. |
In 1999 he also set up a second
location in Chatham beginning with one salesman and one serviceman. Today
he has a total of 30 full time employees at the main location in Oldcastle. As
the company continued to grow in personnel it also grew in the availability
of quality products including various door operators, hollow metal doors,
dock levellers and seals, movable wall partitions, truck doors and agricultural
hardware. In fact, Cousineau built up the business so well
that his children Laura Jendroski and Michael Cousineau became part owners
in July of 1999. Laura's title is Vice President and includes looking
after accounts receivable while Michael acts as Secretary Treasurer, working
