THE PATENTED WINDLOK AND GUIDE DESIGNS

Allow for structural integrity in negative pressure and wind loads of 88 mph (20 psf), as well as, a near perfect airtight seal.

VIRTUALLY INDESTRUCTIBLE CURTAIN

1/4 " (6mm) thick Styrene Butadiene Rubber curtain ensures durability and dependability in all types of environments. The polyester reinforcing weave centre, with a tensile strength of 1760 psi, provides superb resiliency and flexibility in temperatures ranging from -40 F to 180 F.

RCGH HEAVY DUTY OPERATOR

Effectively drives the door system up to speeds of 24 " per second. Included with this UL/CSA approved operator are rotary screw type limit switches, a solenoid operate drum-type brake system and an emergency chain hoist.

DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND THE TOUGHEST ENVIRONMENTS

All Re-Coil-Away door components including the heavy duty steel guide, the minimum 1 1/4 " (32mm) diameter 1045 precision ground drive shafts, the heavy duty self aligning cast bearings and the extremely durable Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) curtain, are designed to meet the toughest performance standards.

UNIQUE BREAK-AWAY BOTTOM BAR SYSTEM

Consists of a steel angle and flat bar, designed to essentially put an end to added maintenance costs and expensive downtime. On impact, the bottom bar "breaks away" and then easily reassembles within minutes without special tools or replacement parts.
