Insulation for Models SR24 & SR20
Semi rigid glass fibre oe expanded polystyrene insulation with 0.55mm
(26ga) prepainted oe 0.40mm (30ga) galvanized cover sheet.
Insulation for Model SR1626 expanded polystyrene or polyurethane insulation.
Prepainted, galvanized steel cover sheet o.55mm (26ga) standard, also
available in 0.70mm (24ga), 1.0mm (20ga), 1.6mm (16ga).

Richards-Wilcox
steel rolltite sectional overhead doors are synonymous with performance
and durability.
The
SR20 & SR 24 are the best choice for application in uninsulated
buildings, these doors are manufactured from 20 and 24 guage commercial
quality galvanized steel with a baked acrylic primed finish and feature
deep ribbed construction for added strenght.
For
heavy industrial applications such as mining, pulp & paper, or
high security such as law enforcement facilities, the SR16 & SR1626
are proven leaders. These doors feature a flush exterior face an are
manufactured from commercial quality 16 gauge galvanized steel with
a baked acrylic primed finish. These doors have all the advantages
of the SR20 and SR24 plus the added strength of the 16 gauge construction.
All
muttins and endstiles are attached to the door face with a coated
rivet system which, unlike spot welding, does not destroy the protective
characteristics of the galvanizing process.
An integral S.A.E. lifting pin is a standard feature in th bottom
section of all Richards-Wilcox steel rolltite doors. This allows for
easy replacement of bottom rollers and saves on service and maintenance
costs.
Although
quality insulation packages are available for both the SR20 and the
SR24 doors, we recommend the more enrgy efficint thermatite products
where insulation is important.
The
model SR1626 comes with a standard insulation package featuring semi
rigid fibreglass and 26GA pre-painted cover sheets.
