Technician Jeff H arrived in less then 30 minutes and did an outstanding job assessing the very old garage door system (probably 50 years+) and was able to fix the broken bearings and cables in less then an hour. He then checked over the remaining parts of the system and cleaned and oiled all the parts so the door operates smoother then it has for years. Very pleased with our Dor-Co service experience.

We have had other companies come out & they always said our door was noisy because it was a heavy wood door. Jeff has this door working smoother than glass & it is so quiet when operating. Please visit another company who will take better care of their customers after installation

At DOR-CO Garage Doors we’re more than happy to work with the customer to repair or replace the faulty situation with a discount however we cannot replace something under warranty if it is 2x outside of the warranty period. The accent woodtone warranty specific for fading is a 3 year warranty, the door in question is over 6 years old. We would be happy to offer you a discount on a new door face or provide you with painting instructions. Please let us know if you wish to pursue either of these options.
