Customer Service person that answered my call was helpful and caring, making sure we were able to get into our garage as the main spring and both cables had broken. She got us on their repair board ASAP and they were actually able to send a tech a day before they had originally promised.
When Warren arrived to fix the problem he was very professional and had a “can-do” attitude.
