The manager assured me someone would assist us since the car was in the garage. Within an hour the the service technician was there and started to fix the problems. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional. In fact, he tightened, lubricated and repaired several items. Now our door is so quiet and smooth it's like new. Very reasonable as well. Customer Service person that answered my call was helpful and caring, making sure we were able to get into our garage as the main spring and both cables had broken. She got us on their repair board ASAP and they were actually able to send a tech a day before they had originally promised.
When Warren arrived to fix the problem he was very professional and had a “can-do” attitude.
