Yesterday (November 7th) afternoon. We had a Dor-Co Technician (sorry, didn’t get his name) at the house to do a warranty fix for our new home built by BK Cornerstone. I want Dor-Co to know he was a great representative for Dor-Co. He was very professional, polite, quick and knowledgeable at his job. He was also helpful at answering questions about the MyQ app, and the garage lift unit. He double checked the door set-up and operation

The manager assured me someone would assist us since the car was in the garage. Within an hour the the service technician was there and started to fix the problems. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional. In fact, he tightened, lubricated and repaired several items. Now our door is so quiet and smooth it's like new. Very reasonable as well.
