From the moment I called to inquire about a door, to the moment the job was done I had nothing but the best! The receptionist and sales associate on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to what would best suit me. The service was quick and easy! The installer was out in a very timely manner and did a wonderful job installing the garage door for me and my husband. Nothing but good things to say about Dorco & their customer service!

its been 2 months since install of defecting door windows, called today & phone associate who said before "she doesnt appreciate to be hung up on" hung up on me. no one has information… Read more its been 2 months since install of defecting door windows, called today & phone associate who said before "she doesnt appreciate to be hung up on" hung up on me. no one has information of my windows, Laura has that info and of course is not in today were the replacement windows and matching weather strip even ordered? ironically my friends today had the WRONG DOOR INSTALLED on their garage. this prompted me to call about my parts

As I explained to you there is a nation wide shortage on many Garage Door parts at this time. Once the product arrives we will contact you and make arrangements to get the parts replaced at your earliest convivence. I was off for the day but did come into the office to get you as much information as I could the same day. I also called and texted you from my personal phone so that you were able to contact me at any time. I sent you copies of the email we sent to our vendor as per your request showing that we did order the parts the same day we found out about the damages. Your review seems to have left out that we are continuously working to rectify this issue with the manufacturer. Thanks, and I look forward to meeting with you on Monday to discuss this further.

Called for service to a broken spring. Technician arrived within an hour, completed repair within an hour. He was pleasant, skilled and completed work to our complete satisfaction.

Poor customer service

Door installed last week. Defects on the door and the glass inserts and a rickety install. Sales agent Terry promised to come out Monday. One excuse after another. Still no Terry nor resolution.… Read more Door installed last week. Defects on the door and the glass inserts and a rickety install. Sales agent Terry promised to come out Monday. One excuse after another. Still no Terry nor resolution. Apparently as of today June 10, 2021, there is an 18% increase in door prices. He’s busy hustling sales in order to get his commission and bonus checks. He could care less that I’ve paid in full and have a faulty door and install.

I am sure this email was sent prior to our conversation on Friday. Terry had to go for his vaccine on Monday, therefore we sent a different sales person Dan. Dan took pictures of the damages from the supplier and advised you that the replacement parts would be ordered right away (and they have been). I apologies for the misunderstanding, Terry was unaware he had to call you as Dan had taken over Monday and then worked out of town until Friday. Terry was not busy hustling sales on Thursday, he was busy calling his customers letting them know about the increase to try and save them money (he would have done the same for you had you not had your door ordered before the increase). We will be out to replace the damaged parts as soon as they arrive. Our customers are and will always be our top priority.

This customer used us over a year ago. I tried contacting the customer and got voice mail. I left a message hoping he calls back to see what the problem was.
